Service Description

As part of our Student Services, we host book signing events. Attendees of the book fair are welcome to purchase books, and a portion of the proceeds is donated to the PTA or special dedicated fund of that school or facility.


Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as we can. However, due to the nature of our services and the preparations involved, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all bookings. 1. **Non-Refundable Deposits**: All deposits made are final and non-refundable if applicable to your service. 2. **Cancellation Within 72 Hours**: If you need to CANCEL your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled service, the full-service fee will be non-refundable. Any outstanding balance will be charged and due immediately. This is due to the advanced commitments and resources allocated to ensure a wonderful experience. 3. **Rescheduling Policy**: - **Flexible Rescheduling**: You can reschedule your service at any time. - **Deposit Retention**: If you reschedule your booking, you will not lose your deposit. - **Availability Priority**: If the rescheduled date you choose is already booked with other clients, those bookings will be prioritized. In such cases, you will need to choose a different available date and/or time. 4. **New Booking Policy**: Each new booking requires a separate deposit and payment if it is not a rescheduled event. 5. **Cancellation by Ariel Thee RDH Co.**: If the cancellation is caused by Ariel Thee RDH Co., a full refund will be provided. By booking a service with Ariel Thee RDH Co., you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
