Service Description
For elementary students and other facilities that have elementary-aged children, we provide magical Tooth Fairy Visits. These onsite educational field trips come in 3 different packages (Fairy Dust, Fairy Magic, and Fairytale), each offering educational activities, books, take-home dental care products, and lifetime education. Tooth Fairy Dust Package: Experience the magic of a delightful 1-hour dental hygiene field trip for up to 20 students. This package includes: - 1 engaging story time - 1 class photo - 1 tooth fairy goodie bag per student - 1 autographed book for the class The Tooth Fairy Magic Package: Discover the wonder of a whimsical 2-hour dental hygiene field trip for up to 40 students. This package includes: - 1 engaging story time - 1 class photo (individuals upon request) - 1 activity (see available options below) - 1 Tooth Fairy goodie bag per student - 3 autographed books The Tooth Fairytale Package: Embark on an enchanting journey with the Tooth Fairytale package: an unforgettable experience designed for up to 60 students for up to 2.5 hours. This package includes: - 1 story time - 1 class photo (individuals upon request) - 2 activities of your choice (see available options below) - 1 Tooth Fairy goodie bag per student - 5 autographed books **Activity Options:** - **Color with Thee Tooth Fairy**: The Tooth Fairy will bring exclusive pages from her magical coloring book for each student, educating them about routine dental visits. - **Tooth Fairy Bingo**: Let's win prizes! The Tooth Fairy will bring exclusive bingo cards that teach the entire class fun new dental terms. - **Tooth Fairy Trivia**: Dental Knowledge Check! Was the class listening? Win prizes with basic dental trivia based on today's lesson. À La Carte Menu - Additional Students: $10 per student (*Tooth fairy goodie bag included*) - Additional Time: $25 per 30 minutes - Additional Books: $20 per book *Please note: Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and necessary accommodations. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as we can. However, due to the nature of our services and the preparations involved, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all bookings. 1. **Non-Refundable Deposits**: All deposits made are final and non-refundable if applicable to your service. 2. **Cancellation Within 72 Hours**: If you need to CANCEL your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled service, the full-service fee will be non-refundable. Any outstanding balance will be charged and due immediately. This is due to the advanced commitments and resources allocated to ensure a wonderful experience. 3. **Rescheduling Policy**: - **Flexible Rescheduling**: You can reschedule your service at any time. - **Deposit Retention**: If you reschedule your booking, you will not lose your deposit. - **Availability Priority**: If the rescheduled date you choose is already booked with other clients, those bookings will be prioritized. In such cases, you will need to choose a different available date and/or time. 4. **New Booking Policy**: Each new booking requires a separate deposit and payment if it is not a rescheduled event. 5. **Cancellation by Ariel Thee RDH Co.**: If the cancellation is caused by Ariel Thee RDH Co., a full refund will be provided. By booking a service with Ariel Thee RDH Co., you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
