Service Description
For elementary schools and other facilities with elementary-aged children, we provide magical Tooth Fairy Visits. These onsite educational field trips come in 3 packages (Fairy Dust, Fairy Magic, and Fairytale), each offering activities, books, take-home dental care products, and lifetime education. Students will leave excited about brushing, confident in caring for their teeth, and motivated to maintain healthy habits at home. Packages are priced per student with a 15-student minimum per booking. Tooth Fairy Dust Package $34 per student A delightful 1-hour dental hygiene field trip for up to 30 students. Includes: -Story time -Dental education session -Class photo -Goodie bag per student -1 autographed book -Tooth Fairy Promise -Smile Certificate Tooth Fairy Magic Package $40 per student A 2-hour dental hygiene field trip for up to 40 students. Includes: -Story time -Dental education session -Class photo (individuals upon request) -1 activity (see options below) -Goodie bag per student -3 autographed books -Tooth Fairy Promise -Smile Certificate Tooth Fairytale Package $45 per student Up to 2.5-hour experience for up to 60 students. Includes: -Story time -Dental education session -Class photo (individuals upon request) -2 activities -Goodie bag per student -5 autographed books -Tooth Fairy Promise -Smile Certificate Activity Options: -Color with Thee Tooth Fairy -Tooth Fairy Bingo -Tooth Fairy Trivia À La Carte -Additional Students: same rate (goodie bag included) -Additional Time: $50 per 30 min -Additional Books: $15 Important: Travel fees may apply and will be confirmed prior to booking. Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy** We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as we can. However, due to the nature of our services and the preparations involved, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all bookings. 1. **Non-Refundable Deposits**: All deposits made are final and non-refundable if applicable to your service. 2. **Cancellation Within 72 Hours**: If you need to CANCEL your booking within 72 hours of the scheduled service, the full-service fee will be non-refundable. Any outstanding balance will be charged and due immediately. This is due to the advanced commitments and resources allocated to ensure a wonderful experience. 3. **Rescheduling Policy**: - **Flexible Rescheduling**: You can reschedule your service at any time. - **Deposit Retention**: You may reschedule your booking once without losing your deposit. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required. - **Availability Priority**: If the rescheduled date you choose is already booked with other clients, those bookings will be prioritized. In such cases, you will need to choose a different available date and/or time. 4. **New Booking Policy**: Each new booking requires a separate deposit and payment unless it is a rescheduled event. One courtesy reschedule is allowed; after that, a new deposit will be required. 5. **Cancellation by Ariel Thee RDH Co.**: If the cancellation is caused by Ariel Thee RDH Co., a full refund will be provided. By booking a service with Ariel Thee RDH Co., you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
